Lauren Thompson is excited to be joining the Dance It Out team as a first-year ballet teacher. With over 13 years of dance experience, she looks forward to stepping into this new role and sharing her love of ballet with the next generation of dancers.

Outside the studio, Lauren is an educator, a wife, and a proud mom of two amazing kids—with a fun-loving dog rounding out the family. She enjoys spending time with friends, relaxing at the lake, and taking every opportunity to travel.

Lauren is grateful to be part of the DIO community and is eager to inspire, encourage, and grow alongside her students.
